About This Place

Nestled in the heart of Grantham at 39 Isaac Newton Centre, Cinco Lounge is more than just your typical dining spot—it’s a vibrant celebration of British and international flavors served with a contemporary twist. This charming venue elegantly blends the warmth of a family restaurant with the lively buzz of a bar and the casual comfort of a café, making it an all-day destination tailored to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.

Cinco Lounge’s menu is a true feast for the senses. Whether you’re craving a hearty British breakfast or looking for innovative twists on classic dishes, there’s something to satisfy every appetite. Start your day with their acclaimed Big Breakfast or opt for the gluten-free GF Lounge Breakfast, featuring smoked back bacon, Cumberland sausage, hash browns, and perfectly roasted tomatoes accompanied by gluten-free toast. For those who love indulgent comfort food, the spectrum of burgers is outstanding. The Lounge Burger with its succulent British beef patty, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and burger sauce offers a perfectly balanced bite, while the Bacon Cheese Smash Burger takes things up a notch with smoky streaky bacon and melted American cheese. Adventurous palates will be drawn to the Diablo Smash Burger, a tantalizing combination of chorizo, mature cheddar, jalapeño-chorizo jam, and chipotle mayo that delivers a smoky, spicy kick.

Tapas lovers can embark on a flavorful journey with offerings like garlic and parmesan chicken wings, a generous tapas board deal, or the inventive Bombay fried cauliflower with curry mayo and chutney—a dish praised by guests for its bold and delightful flavors. Vegetarians and vegans are equally well-catered for, with options such as the Halloumi Burger and dairy-free delights paired with fresh juices like pink lemonade and orange juice.

What truly elevates the Cinco Lounge experience is its thoughtfully curated drinks menu. From expertly brewed coffees—including a velvety flat white and a decadent hot chocolate topped with marshmallows—to a vibrant array of cocktails and beers, each sip complements your meal perfectly. The Mocha Coffee and Dirty Chai Latte are customer favorites, delivering rich layers of flavor and warmth.

The atmosphere at Cinco Lounge strikes a delightful balance between energetic and welcoming. Guests consistently highlight the impeccable and friendly service, ensuring you feel right at home whether you're enjoying a casual brunch or a lively evening out. Firstly, the service was impeccable. Friendly and efficient. The food was very good, except my egg was a little over - it did not have a runny yolk - and the coffee a little weak. At £18.50 it was also quite steep, so definitely only an occasional treat. Also, please turn the lighting up a little!

Arrived on a Friday evening at 6pm as a table of 6 people and the place was already quite full/busy. We’d booked online for a downstairs table and the booking system worked well. Some of us ordered at the bar, whilst others ordered using the app. Service was quick for both food and drinks considering how busy it was. We’ve eaten here many times before and as always the food was very tasty. It’s not the cheapest of places for food/drink (I’m convinced portion sizes are smaller than they were?) but we keep going back so it can’t be too bad!

Always love the food and atmosphere at Cinco. Tried the revised Tapas menu today, wow, so good! We got 3 each and shared, the bayo buns are wonderful, especially the pork belly but mushroom pretty tasty as well, another winner was the Bombay fried cauliflower with curry mayo & chutney, gorgeous. Also tried the queso fundido, Mexican cheese fondue with chorizo, served with tortilla chips, fun indeed, really warm flavours. Tried a tequila solstice twist from the cocktail menu... Like pudding with alcohol, ten out of ten for the chef and bar staff.

I love a good Lounge and we hadn’t been to this one before. It was rather hard to find parking in the area past 8pm, we had to circle the town centre a few times. Overall we did enjoy our food! My shake was very sweet and my chips were very salty. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Lots of speeding cars thinking they’re cool gave me a fright whilst eating however!
